It’s our strong values of flexibility, reliability and high standards of personal presentation that have enabled Uniguard to become a reliable security service provider.
As well as the Door Supervisors being vetted through the standards of BS 7858, we also follow the Door Supervisors Code of Conduct – a stringent set of guidelines conforming to BS 7690.
Our network is vaster than that of our competitors, and that proves to be a useful shortcut to finding the best Door Supervisors for your site. In fact, we hand pick a team of security personnel to work in your venue, closely taking in your full requirements in our recruitment process.
Occasionally, on larger complexes or venues which have more than two Door Supervisors, we select a Head Door Supervisor who provides the essential operation of any good door team. The aim of a Head Door Supervisor is to clearly define well highlighted areas such as team building, management liaison and much more.
On successful award of contract, we first conduct a risk assessment site survey. After that, we specially tailor security instructions based entirely around the unique needs of your site. Finally, we create a set of assignment instructions for all security personnel.
What we deliver:
Uniguard Security provides a full two-week on-site security training program, ensuring all personnel inducted to serve any venue – are fully trained and adapted to your unique venue requirements.
Security personnel will work closely with venue management and staff to develop a safe yet enjoyable environment.
